All data relating to the maintenance order is monitored, checked and evaluated via the “monitoring system” installed in your system. In this way, we can quickly identify system malfunctions or failures and determine the causes. The in-house technician responsible for the system analyzes the event, works out a solution and initiates appropriate measures. If faults cannot be remedied by remote access, an appropriate on-site operation is carried out. Another advantage: The data from the monitoring system is also used for comparison with the feed-in bill. This makes it easy to check whether the feed-in tariff has been calculated correctly. In addition, we can provide you with income calculations for insurance companies based on the large number of systems we monitor. As a result, insurance claims can be processed more quickly.
We monitor your photovoltaic system for you, 365 days a year. A prerequisite for this is, of course, a built-in monitoring system, which we would be happy to retrofit for you.
The data provided by the monitoring system is checked and evaluated. In this way, reliable statements can be made about the performance of your photovoltaic system. Deviations can be quickly identified by comparisons with existing data. The causes are determined and countermeasures taken by more precise checks – such as measurements and shadowing analyses. The data from the monitoring systems are also used for comparison with the feed-in bill. This makes it easy to check whether the feed-in tariff has been calculated correctly.
Faults or warnings from the PV system are sent immediately by email to the technician responsible. He analyzes the event, works out a solution and initiates appropriate measures. If faults cannot be remedied by remote access, an appropriate on-site operation is carried out.
The collected data is made available in the form of a report and is transmitted regularly. As a result, the system operator is always aware of the most important figures and events in his system.
All accumulated data of the systems as well as maintenance measures such as repairs and maintenance are recorded in our company’s management software and are available at all times. This means that it is possible to completely trace which work was carried out and when.
